the room was spacious, a two-bedroom apartment. it met my basic expectations.
The check-in process was slow and frustrating. then the room keys did not work the first time. room service was no longer available, and i had to collect my order from the kitchen. This was inconvenient and not the service i expected.

i had a very spacious room. the sea view was beautiful. the staff was friendly and effective. the hotel felt very calm.

the room was spacious, it was pretty good.
The breakfast buffet closed too early at 10 am, despite website information saying it ran until 11 am. this meant i had to order a more expensive a la carte option. also, they didn't have soy milk available for cereal, but bizarrely offered it for coffee. I found that confusing and inconvenient
